Together with you, Georgia and Sue gave maximum attention which led to the success of the sale and with your highly professional skill we were able to get through it smoothly in spite of the fact that our tenants were quite reluctant to leave. I purchased my property in 2002 from Holgate Real Estate when I moved back to Sydney after several years away. In 2006 I was relocated to the United States upon which point Holgate Real Estate began the management of my property, in 2008 I sold my property through Holgate Real Estate also.
All of these processes were completed by different people within the Holgate Real Estate team , from the excellent assistance I received when purchasing for the first time in the challenging Sydney market all the way through to the sale of the property I have never had a bad experience with the group.
I also first thought that attempting to manage a property from the other side of the world would have been difficult however the service that I received from Holgate Real Estate was exceptional. The money was always in my account and the notice always arrived on the same day every month which was a huge thing for my peace of mind.
The sale process was also a challenge as the entire task was completed without me having to set foot in the country, the patience and diligence shown to me were second to none.

I chose Holgate Real Estate as my Property Managers on the basis of their excellent reputation and history in the Lane Cove area.
I am more than pleased with my choice.
From the outset, the estimates of expected rent return I was given by Tim Holgate were amazingly accurate. They did not try the usual trick that other offices employ of inflating my expectations in order to obtain the management contract. I asked them to advertise at a higher price than the realistic market value, for which they kindly obliged while politely advising me that I may not receive the rate of enquiry that I may have been after. Sure enough they were absolutely correct and as soon as we advertised around their suggested range they managed to achieve an excellent result in the high end of our expectations.
Our tenant was promptly found by Jason Haugh and the Holgate team diligently checked references to prove what my experience now confirms as excellent quality tenants.
The Holgate team arrange electronic rent payments as well as monthly statements via email. With the Holgate team overseeing my property I feel completely at ease.
